Today she received this “medicinal designer candy” from a Goodblend MMJ participant: a sticky, fused blob of red gummies that are supposed to be dosed at 2.5mg THC each (40-count package) — all for $50. Because they’re clumped together, accurate dosing is nearly impossible. Patients deserve better than unreliable, overpriced, poorly manufactured products. Under the current system put in place by @GregAbbott_TX and @DanPatrick, Texas patients are restricted to low-potency edibles and tinctures. Real flower and concentrates remain off-limits. This limited approach is failing the very Texans it was meant to help. With over two decades of hands-on experience in the cannabis field, I am the most experienced candidate ready to drive Texas cannabis policy in the right direction — toward patient safety, consistent dosing, quality manufacturing, fair pricing, and common-sense reforms.
