Disappointed in the service provided by @potterybarn. My child’s $3000 bed is not properly assembled after 2 visits to our home. The plan is to send the parts to us by June. It’s January. Buyer beware. Product safety doesn’t matter to them.
@potterybarnteen, I am disappointed in the poor product and customer service provided. My child’s bed is unsafe and still not fixed after months despite multiple calls and chats. Your current solution is mailing the ladder parts to me which arrive in June. Unacceptable.
@PlyGem We paid for a door in April 2022 which apparently was discontinued in June of 2022. However, we were not notified at all! We had to call to find out it would NEVER ship. That is illegal - taking money/keeping money with no intention of delivering the product. Explain.
@PlyGem, I am having issues getting information about a door purchased March 3 at Home Depot. No updates. We call your main number and someone is “checking” but they are not sure where it is even made. Can you please resolve this??
