@TezTav Hi Terry, I'm afraid this parcel hasn't been cleared by customs just yet. The import tariffs have merely been calculated (and paid by you), but the actual clearance could take up to 30 days. I don't see this parcel arriving tomorrow as it only arrived in Netherlands this morning.

Day 36 and @royalmail parcel to Belgium LO204448903GB remains in the UK. How hard is it for someone - anyone - to find it at Northampton Peak Parcel Hub???? And then to send it to Belgium??? You’ve got one job!!

And we’re now on Day 30 - in which time this parcel addressed to Belgium has moved from Milton Keynes to Northampton - a distance of 19 miles. What would you say to your customer @RoyalMail???
