@safe_hrm It was designed for employees not passengers , that changed fast it was started by airport authority and partially funded by them, at the start the city did not really have a choice but do it. Transit managers were told they had to take luggage and passengers they were not happy

@safe_hrm It was originally meant to take only employees to and from airport not passengers. But that changed and on the first run passengers were told they could not take luggage on, that changed real fast within an hour. I know and verify first hand.
