@RoyalMail - i had a custom fee to pay. I paid it online on Monday, requesting delivery today. I now received a card requesting to pay again and choose a new delivery date. Call centre has long queue. Who can I send payment reference ?

@British_Airways I was on flight BA192 from Dallas/Ft Worth to Heathrow that was diverted to Dulles Wash DC. I have not received any communication apart from an email informing me of my rights to hotel etc. Manage my booking online doesn’t work as it shows as flown. Pls help

@British_Airways I have been calling at least 50x but can’t get through. I need to cancel a flight of one person in a booking of multiple people. Departure is July16. It can’t be done online. Please let me know how to do that. Thank you.
