🚨 “I’m going to die, baby.”
Those were FedEx driver Nathaniel Padgett’s final words to his girlfriend after Tyler Vidro followed him from Florida’s Turnpike to the restricted FedEx hub in Riviera Beach.
Vidro taunted him on the highway, chased him into the private lot, confronted him over a fake “you hit my car” claim, then emptied his magazine 9 shots, 7 hits while Padgett’s girlfriend watched in horror.
Later Vidro admitted it but claimed self-defense. Cops said no way: he was trespassing on private property where Padgett had every right to be.
Charged with 1st-degree murder + aggravated stalking. No bond. Next court date May 18.
Padgett, dad to Niya, Ty’Darrius & Ava, was remembered as an “incredible father.”
