@thamesclippers absolutely speechless at the service we’ve just had today at Greenwich pier. Veterans card refused by young girl checking tickets so had to pay full fare. Very argumentative and not a pleasant experience. #norespect #poorcustomerexperiece #trainyourstaff #veterans

@TfL @Uber @thamesclippers following up on this. Also why are wheelchairs asked to segregate because they “block the emergency exit” but standing humans are exempt for 30 mins and not asked to move.

@thamesclippers why do you make a wheelchair space that segregates a wheelchair user from their carer/friends and prohibit them sitting outside. It’s segregation and clearly discriminatory.

@wheeliewoes @TfL @Uber We want everyone to travel safely and comfortably 😊 All vessels have designated wheelchair spaces inside the main cabin. @thamesclippers I get that working with tourists is stressful, however today the crews and landside staff on the boat were just rude to people. Must do better.
