They have for everything a “reason” but they you ask them if they can shed further light on the situation they refused to address nor respond to it simple as that. That company will go down eventually

Update on the case with @AlphaCapitalUK. I have attached my complete conversation with their payments team in this thread. The point of this post is to raise awareness against ACG as a firm. Their malicious practices are growing big and when confronted they keep delaying a response till the issue dies down on social media and they can move on. TLDR : @AlphaCapitalUK closed my accounts claiming multiple accounts were traded from my terminal. I insisted them and posted on Twitter about everything, they changed the blame to copytrading. Now they have stopped responsing completely since 6th of August. I will now declare ACG a complete and outright scam. I know there will be people here who have never made a dime in their life to try and defend the firm and its actions in the hopes the firm does not end up scamming them.
