In this particular situation that makes no sense. The guy who would be replacing him would be Watson and he is black. You are also comparing apples and oranges here. Aikman, Elway and Manning were all #1 overall picks. Young was the supplemental draft #1 overall pick. Allen the #7 overall pick and he also ran for 681 yards and 8 TDs his rookie year. Sanders is a 5th rd pick. Like I said, nothing in common with those QBs.
