Most liberal Jews in NYC now understand that appeasement does not work. We must stand together, speak clearly & push back against the antizionist hate movement that has normalized harassment, exclusion & intimidation of Jews across this city. It’s time!

Legendary film director László Nemes: "The Jew has always been [cast as] the sort of internal enemy, and I think now [the idea of] the Jew as the internal enemy of the West has reached the dimensions of European antisemitism before the takeover by the National Socialist party.”

Nick Kristof uncritically repeated a conspiracy theory about Israelis training dogs to rape Palestinian prisoners under his byline last week. It’s important to consider who his target audience was. My latest —

Unbelievable - the @nytimes printed the 'videos of starving Gazan children' lie in an obituary for a Jewish man who fought antisemitism. There were no such videos. Every one of the photos of emaciated children that the media could find to post in nearly 3 years turned out to either be of children in Yemen - where there actually is a famine that no one cares about - or of children with genetic muscle-wasting diseases whose appearances had nothing to do with lack of food. In fact, a NYT photographer just won a Pulitzer for a photo of just such a sick child, who the NYT falsely claimed was representative of starving kids across Gaza. And they're still pushing that lie, even though we've all seen hundreds of videos from Gaza of a well-fed, well-dressed population - some of whom are obese - dancing in nightclubs, running marathons and of course, forming mobs in streets to spit on Jewish corpses. The NYT is despicable.

By cynically peddling propaganda about a fake genocide that never happened, and putting Jews around the world in more danger due to this disgusting blood libel, colossal Hollywood dumbass Javier Bardem outs himself by his own standards as being complicit in ACTUAL genocides in Syria, Yemen, Iran, Sudan and Nigeria due to his silence on said genocides. What an evil piece of shit - by his own standards and by regular standards
Variety@Variety

Javier Bardem says in #Cannes that genocide being committed in Gaza "is a fact." "You can fight against, you can try to justify it... it is a fact. If you justify it with your silence or your support, you are pro-genocide. Those are facts for me." variety.com/2026/film/fest…

“Peace will not emerge from secret rooms filled with the same old faces. It will only emerge when Israelis and Palestinians are capable of speaking publicly, honestly, and directly to each other in front of their own societies.”
Samer Sinijlawiسامر السنجلاوي@SSinijlawi

Yesterday’s seminar at the Hebrew University, organized by the Truman Institute and sponsored by the @EUinIsrael @EUpalestinians proved again that open and public Israeli-Palestinian dialogue is still possible — and deeply needed. Important discussions with EU Ambassador to Israel @MichaelMannEU and @EUSR_MEPP highlighted both Europe’s enormous potential and its deep strategic contradictions. The EU could become the most relevant international player in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. But today it suffers from a severe lack of leadership and political courage. My criticism focused on two deeply destructive European policies: 1- Europe’s unconditional, public, and continuous endorsement of Mahmoud Abbas — a leader entering his third decade without democratic legitimacy while Palestinians remain denied presidential and legislative elections. 2- Europe’s strange fear of supporting open public dialogue between Israelis and Palestinians. Instead of investing in visible public engagement like yesterday’s seminar, the EU and leading member states such as Germany and Sweden continue funding closed “Chatham House” style conferences in Geneva and other European cities— conversations with no public accountability, no transparency, and no impact on public opinion. Peace will not emerge from secret rooms filled with the same old faces. It will only emerge when Israelis and Palestinians are capable of speaking publicly, honestly, and directly to each other in front of their own societies.

Not only can we afford optimism because we are finally fighting back against the propaganda that was allowed to roam uninterrupted for decades, but we must have it. We will live and outgrow this phase in history but only if we do it with true faith and optimism. Don't lose hope.
Yitro Wayne@robot_slug

How did it backfire? The video has already garnered millions of views; most people are busy and not going to rigorously fact-check it. I don’t think we can afford optimism at this point.

NYT/Kristof: Your allegation that dogs were used to rape prisoners, reportedly dismissed by experts as anatomically impossible, was not journalism but grotesque fantasy dressed up as fact. You failed to produce a single piece of verifiable evidence to support it. The episode read less like an investigation than an exercise in credulous, agenda-driven reporting masquerading as moral authority. SHAME ON YOU!

Israel could have the most liberal, progressive government the Middle East has ever seen and make peace with the Palestinians and the world would still look for reasons to hate them.

@d_ruff @mdrizzy22 Everyone passed on shedeur sanders a lot too and he looked pretty good last year, teams make mistakes all the time. There’s no reason to keep Rudolph, even if Rodgers gets injured that’s where we’d want to see what we have in Howard
