Netflix will help you finish spelling the name of the movie you’re looking for, and then tell you they don’t have it

Ajith honestly just wants us to be civilized and organized. Basically he is being a strict dad to adults. And ppl call him rude for that. 😂😭

A lot of trauma survivors don’t know how to ask for help. Not because they don’t need it but because needing something often led to punishment, guilt, and deep shame. So instead, they isolate. They shut down. They convince themselves they’re “too much” when really, they were never given the bare minimum. None.

I think I owe myself an apology for staying in spaces where I knew I wasn’t wanted or appreciated, for forcing broken connections, for putting people who never appreciated me before myself, and for doubting my worth.

Depression doesn’t always look like sadness. Sometimes it’s: – Constant brain fog – Leaving laundry in the machine for 3 days – Not remembering the last time you laughed – Saying “I’m fine” and meaning “I’m drowning” – Feeling exhausted from doing nothing – Crying when no one’s around – Wanting connection but isolating anyway This is what depression can really look like

i'm forever jealous of people who are not sensitive, who don't take things seriously, who don't panic, who know how to ignore, who don't waste their time in overthinking, who don't have attachment issues, these people are the most blessed ones whom i always envy

Please date emotionally intelligent men. it's nice to have someone who's aware of your sensitivity & learns to handle your feelings gently, with patience and care. it is comforting to show your vulnerability to someone & have them learn how to respond to it with understanding >>
