No, sex and gender are not the same thing. But sex is being systematically supplanted in law with 'gender identity', destroying the sex-based rights of women and girls.
How can a man experience a 'female' "internal sense"? He has no frame of reference. He's a man. Every thought in his head, every feeling he has is a 'man' feeling and a 'man' thought, because a man is having those thoughts and feelings.
Are you saying there are feelings that only women have and men can't?
Thoughts that women can't have and only men can?
Do you have a list of these thoughts and feelings that define a 'man internal sense' and a 'woman internal sense'?

Gender is sexist stereotypes.
But a baby's SEX is determined at conception and observed usually well before birth in pre-natal scans. At the time of birth it is recorded.
Even in the very rare cases where a baby's sex is not obvious the pathway is there and can be determined by chromosomal testing.
Nobody "assigns" anything.
Please provide a list of current lawsuits, any jurisdictions, against medical personnel who mis-assigned a baby's sex at birth.
I mean, that would be malpractice, wouldn't it?
