@graze_snacks Guys I feel for you with all the feedback on the subscription change - but please pass it on. I started in the days of graze being fresh fruit, so I'm mega long term and I just can't sign up to your new monthly. You're losing 2 major USPs of convenience and choice.

@TfL Hey team - I was charged £20 yesterday for travelling from Acton to Tolworth. I imagine its because of train issues which meant my journey started at 7.50 and ended at 9.50. How do I go about requesting a refund (for contactless payment, not oyster)?
