To be clear to property owners… this is Not the storefront renovation program. This is the Signage program. The storefront renovation program has been out of commission for 2+ years. We were told by city of cleveland that the program would be up and running by Q3 of 2025 for our project on W 25. Hundreds of properties backlogged. Significantly harming progress of downtown and surrounding neighborhoods as owners count on this to make a project feasible. It’s now nearing end of Q1 2026 and it’s still not functioning. Would love to see a tweet or update about progress on this front from the city.
