Hey Rivals,
Recently, we’ve noticed that some players are exploiting matches by remaining stationary and repeatedly farming stats to gain hero proficiency points. This behavior disrupts normal gameplay and seriously affects the match experience of other players.
To address this, we are planning to introduce a combat behavior detection system. Players found engaging in such behavior may face penalties including, but not limited to: warnings, short-term suspensions, long-term suspensions, or permanent account bans.
We ask all players to help us maintain a fair and healthy game environment.

Hate to do this but there's no option other than to spam on Twitter @TwitchSupport . Sorry everyone, any help to increase their attention appreciated 😅 Recently the 24/7 rerun channel (ThatPunchKid_247) was permanently banned due to "impersonation". I'm not being impersonated, it is the official account owned and run by me. My viewers are very sad that they can't eat their cereal in the morning with the stream on. This is of utmost importance. Appeal was met with denial and a new reason for ban "Inappropriate username". What's going on here? We ain't actually punching kids guys, it's ok. Without going into too much detail here, It's been a long hair pulling experience trying to speak to someone about this to get it resolved. I've been stuck in an eternal customer support death loop through live chat, appeals, and tickets, resulting in enough loops to make me think I got hit by JoJo's Gold Experience Requiem, me wanting to eat my own foot, and I am also bald now. I cannot appeal again, I cannot make a ticket request regarding this topic, and I cannot live chat while banned on that account. This message is our only hope. Hopefully the issue gets resolved. Twitch specialist support, please reach out to the associated email for ThatPunchKid_247 to discuss the ban. This is the only way it seems we can resolve this, and by doing so also proves it's really me. I'll be keeping an eye out for any responses. P.S. If you tell me to open another ticket or appeal again I'm going to eat my other foot. Thanks so much! x
