A lot of agencies and UGC platforms brag about the number of creators they "work with." My agency focuses solely on the quality of creators. I've committed to myself that no matter how big we get or how many clients we have, we won't have more than 500 creators on our roster. Not because quantity is bad. But because at a certain point, it's impossible to feel connected to everyone you work with. And that connection is a top priority for me personally. The more your roster grows, the fewer opportunities you have to give each creator. Some agencies want 10,000 creators so they can brag to brands. The reality is they don't even work with most of those creators more than once. I would rather work with 100 A+ creators 30 times a year. People I can depend on to do great work, are a pleasure to work with, and show up for every project. But maybe that's just me.

We're looking for US-based #UGCcreators to make ads for a pest-control product. MUST have chickens + chicken coop, or access to a shed, OR in the middle of a renovation project you're able to show.
