This is the first and last time I will answer a dumbass question. The Voting Rights Act was not about allowing Black people to vote. The 15th and 19th amendment technically gave you that right. The VRA passed to put an end to the systematic disenfranchisement and voter suppression tactics Black voters faced when trying to vote. You know this… don’t play dumb or coy with me.
