@africatechie Can be mitigated by low-cost holding structures, and carefully structured share classes. Much less messy than a cap table with family money or unprofessional “angels”.

One issue I see looking forward at equity crowdfunding for startups, is messy cap tables when they try to go for traditional VC rounds. Could be a big turnoff.
