What a year! In 2024, our 800+ Great People absolutely sleighed. We made major moves - strengthening our residential presence in Alberta & making our debut in Ontario with Carlingwood Mall. In 2025, we're excited to continue growing our team and portfolio.

Earlier this year, we partnered with Streamliner Properties (Minett Capital) to acquire Carlingwood Shopping Centre in Ottawa. As our first step into the Ontario market, we're beyond excited to see this milestone recognized as the Retail Deal of the Year at the BOB Awards.

We loved having Canadian Construction Women join us for a tour of Baden Park in North Vancouver. This project is moving through 6 phases of construction, giving attendees a close look at everything from structural framing to finishes. #CCW #WomeninConstruction

Food, community & conversations that matter. Recently, 15 Anthem team members cooked & served a 3-course meal to 80 residents of Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, connecting with our community and supporting those facing food insecurity. Thanks to @abetterlifevan for hosting us.
