The Shiloh Hendrix case isn't even a close call or a grey area. She was charged and convicted of a crime for saying a word. If that's not a violation of the First Amendment, nothing is. This is one of the most straight forward free speech issues we've seen in a long time.

Can you provide that information. I checked the photo from varied angles, but it is real. I just can’t find where this picture is 3 years old. However, Grok analysis indicated this photo is from 2020-2023. It’s odd and based on clothing/face aging, not proof. Maybe current Chinese fashion is behind the US by 3 years?
