@airindia The only thing that matters for you is to avoid helping your customers. Left in Delhi in the middle of the night for 10 hours sleeping in chairs with 2 children. "We hear you" never again with @airindia NEVER in my life as a frequent flyer have I experienced this behaviour 🚨🚨🚨

@airindia Finally home from the worst flight ever with 2 kids. Warning 🚨 DONT FLY WITH @airindia As expected NO HELP, NO FOOD, NO DRINKS NO NOTHING. 10 HOURS IN DELHI airport because they canceled a flight and refused to help with anything. Staff didn't care. Nobody did. NEVER AGAIN 🚨🚨

Hi, we hear you. However, please know that the changes were confirmed and accepted by your travel agent. Hence, any further changes will be done as per fare rules i.e. a change fee plus fare difference(if there may be any) would be levied per person. At present, the alternate flights shared with you remain the most suitable available option. In case you do not wish to utilize the ticket, we may offer a refund for the unused return sector, which will be calculated on a prorated basis. Your understanding in this regard will be appreciated.

@airindia The travel agency is referring to you. Thats the way you do business. Throwing customers back and forth with no solution. You don't even offer accommodation or meals. Just plain don't care about your customers. People need to know this before buying tickets from @airindia 🚨

@airindia Yeah. That doesn't help my family from sitting 10 hours in the middle of the night in Delhi. Would you accept this? No, nobody would. So stop try to make any excuses and take responsibility. The first tickets we bought was with 2 hours transit. Otherwise we would never done this.

@airindia You have several opportunities to assist. You are in star alliance and can easily provide better flight options that you say. But you won't. And that's the difference between a A+ company and a low cost company as Air India apparently is. Thats important to be aware of this. 🚨

@airindia If you refuse to help then im forced to seek legal advice in my home country where we actually have rights. I won't let this go. This is unacceptable that you leave your customers with no help. People should know what to expect from @airindia and how bad the service is.

@airindia So basically you say that we need to accept a 10 hour stay in Delhi airport with 2 children and no service from Air India. Again this is a huge impact on the org flight that we bought tickets for. Nobody would accept a 10 hour transit in the middle of the night.

@airindia I live in a civilised country where trusted companies help their customers. So pls assist with a reasonable solution. Air India canceled our flight. You changed it to a flight the day before (we have payed for the hotel already) now resulting in a transit in Delhi for 10 hours.
