To everyone asking about Bricks & Mini-Figs, I'm well-aware and have been reaching out behind the scenes to get everyone's story. (including the Reckless Ben + Ammon McNeff, who both have been doing interviews recently)

This is our tenant, Mike.
He’s a franchisee of Bricks & Minifigs - it’s an after-market store that buys, trades, and sells LEGO.
The community loves the store, and many in the Bay Area drive 100 miles to visit.
Mom-and-pop businesses for the win!

Bricks and Minifigs could have avoid this by
-Returning the legos they stole or paying the family $200K
-Showing up to court when they got served 10 times instead of assuming they were fake
-Not stealing from old people

Thanks to Reckless Ben, a mom who drove her kid an hour for a fun Lego store is disappointed, because the store is closed for lame YouTube drama. Keep Bricks and Minifigs open. Reckless Ben had his moment, but lets move on.

@mcmansion42 @LEGO_Group I can’t speak to all locations, but the stores here in Clark County, Washington where the original company began, I do know they buy bulk individual pieces directly from LEGO.

As a 37 year old lego fan with a significant education, I think I speak for any REAL bricks and minifig fans when I say reckless ben was being unusually cruel to the store. Now that the stores are being closed, this means we can not shop there which is bad for the fans. Do better ben!

I keep seeing tweets about some lego controversy with the most unhinged anti-mormon comments and conspiracies beneath. It's like if 1838 Missouri had twitter.

Reckless Ben claims he won in small claims court against Bricks and Minifigs but court documents state otherwise. Why did Ben lie about this? And if he's willing to tell such an easily verifiable falsehood, what else could he be lying about?
