The trend of Saudi-affiliated Syrian accounts mocking Egypt’s 9 PM energy mandates while comparing Cairo to Damascus is peak delusion and reek of Saudi pettiness honestly. It is a wild comparison to make.
Egypt’s power capacity is over 20 times that of Syria and its annual production is 12 times higher. Beyond the math, Egypt is currently hosting over 1.5 million Syrians along with millions from other nations who all rely on the very grid these people are laughing at. We could bring up the Israeli occupied lands, the uncontested use of Syrian airspace, or the fact that the Syrian army is effectively the third strongest force in its own country, but at this point that is just beating a dead horse.

المصريين اللى عايشين بره مصر عارفين كويس اوى ان مفيش التسيب والاهمال بتاع محلات الساعه ٢ بالليل ولا حتى ١٢ ولا ١١ وان المحلات كلها بتفتح الصبح واخرها ٨ بالليل والمولات ١٠ او ١١ على اقصي تقدير ومفيش حاجه اسمها محل ياخد نص الرصيف بنور مسروق وان ده الطبيعى ومفيش حاجه اسمها الناس تفتح ١٢ او ١ الضهر البلاد الطبيعيه المحلات بتفتح الصبح وتشتغل ٨ او ١٠ ساعات اقصي حاجه احنا غلط احنا غلط احنا غلط احنا غلط فى عيشتنا ودى مش عيشه بنى ادمين انا طلعت من البلد لان اول شغل اشتغلته وانا طالب كنت بروح محل الملابس وانا عندى ١٦ سنه من الساعه ١٠ الصبح الى ٢ بالليل دى عيشه حمير مش بنى ادمين الناس فى بلاد العالم بتصحى ٧ الصبح تنزل شغلها تخلص الشغل على الساعه ٣ او لو محلات من ١٠ الى 8 والساعتين دول اوفر تايم من حقك تقعد فى كافيه او قهوه خلى الموضوع يجى بتدرج يعنى قفل على الكل وبعد كده واحده وحده المسموح ليه فى ظل عدم الاعتداء على مرافق الدوله وكهربه عماويد نور مسروقه عيشوا حياتكم زى خلق ربنا بلاش عمركم يتسرق
