Honestly it doesn't bug me. Loved He-Man as a child but I couldn't watch this. The race swaps were a no from me. I will not support them in any way. I know people said it was an amazing movie, but I couldn't bring myself to do it

The biggest problem I have with the white eyes is that I genuinely don’t think it looks good in live action.
It’s something very specific to comics and animation.

@supirorguy @theshinecomics You really think the DCU is going to incorporate every facet of Batman or any characters history? This is film not comics. You dont have that kind of time. But the power of cinema is telling stories visually or have things inferred. They can hint at what has happened already.

@TheBoltedHeart @theshinecomics It’s a huge deal because trying to compress the 5 Robin’s, three main Batmen, Batman Inc., and 40 something CORE supervillains into anything shorter than 15 years is just functionally impossible.
And even if Gunn cuts Batman Inc, Jean Paul, and half the villains it doesn’t work

@toasterdoggg @theshinecomics The initial JL run was good and New 52 Batman writing with Snyder and Capulo was masterclass. It’s not as big of a deal as people are making it out to be. Eventually they’ll all be in a film together. Everybody freaking out over nothing
