49ers rookie WR actually have played A TON under Shanahan, from Pettis to Deebo to Aiyuk to Pearsall. And Stribling won’t even be competing w/ Pearsall. They play different positions. Pearsall is a Z, Stribling will start at F.

We went from De’Zhaun Stribling being the worst reach of the NFL draft all the way to “Stribling is going to beat out Ricky Pearsall”. Who knows how good Stribling will be, but you guys know he’s going to play about 40 total snaps this year, right?

On offense, I can’t get past the age & injury concerns. For skill positions alone:
CMC will be 30 coming off 450 touches
Kittle will be 33 coming off Achilles
Evans will be 33 coming off leg issues
It’s a HUGE year for Pearsall. 49ers need him to stay healthy & productive.

#49ers still need edge (badly) and help at safety but assuming Bosa and Williams come back healthy I like what they’ve done to this point on defense.
