The EPA has moved to allow coal-fired power plants to dump heavy metals and other contaminants untreated in our stream and rivers.

You are making no sense. Payroll costs get deducted on form 1120. You can pay out infinite employees and their wages don’t get taxed at the corporate rate.
The only way a business owner, in this example, pays corporate taxes is if they’re charging more to the customer than the sole proprietorship and collecting the excess as corporate profit.

This is what our society fails to comprehend.
If I work as a physical therapist, and I’m good, I’ll make $100,000/yr. And pay $15,000 in taxes. I can see 60 patients per week. But that’s the end of it. No additional tax money, no more patients can get my services. I provide a living for myself and my family.
If I own a practice and employee 10 therapists that each make $100,000, now I’m providing a living for 10 families, and because of my efforts there is now $250,000 in tax revenue.
So why should businesses get taxed more? Why should they even have to pay payroll taxes? My value to society is way more than 10X at this point.
But the vast majority of Americans can’t comprehend that, neither do our congressional representatives.

The NAACP has launched a campaign calling for college athletes and fans to withhold athletic support from public universities in Tennessee, Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, South Carolina, Texas & Georgia due to Black voting representation.
It calls for athletes to "consider all available options under the transfer portal."

@LSU239 @gabe_wiseman2 @PeteNakos The South was already gerrymandered to lean Republican. They took it an extra step by attacking particular demographics of people. I.E. splitting Memphis into 3 districts or completely attempting to eliminate the black voters in Louisiana by splitting them up.

@LSU239 @gabe_wiseman2 @PeteNakos The gerrymandering issue isn’t about Democrats and Republicans. What they do is look at demographics of a map and cut them up. In the south, what they are doing is splitting up black voters because they suspect most of them will lean democrat.
