Right, and Massie and I got it stripped out.
Ted Cruz and many others wanted a 10 year moratorium on states, completely stripping their rights to make laws and regulations on AI.
And they still want to offer it at the altar of the White House to please Trump and all of their donors.

The NAACP has launched a campaign calling for college athletes and fans to withhold athletic support from public universities in Tennessee, Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, South Carolina, Texas & Georgia due to Black voting representation.
It calls for athletes to "consider all available options under the transfer portal."
