rian johnson dared to treat his audience like fucking adults who appreciate new stories that aren't just rehashes of the same old characters/tropes. the fanbase never forgave him for that

Saros is my GOTY so far Having this level of polish on a game that's DUMMY hard is so refreshing. Playing something that looks & feels AAA where you just shoot and dodge colored balls is sublime

@BlurryIsMe_ All pikmin did was just optimize its gameplay maybe too much for some people. It still has its weird style especially in the new creature designs that evolve from the enemies in the first 3

The worst thing that can happen to a game series you love is them taking the weirdness in its style and general audience age demographic it had since it's inception and scrubbing it down to googoogaga baby slop
