@TravelproIntl - I've had a customer service email request that had a "3-5 day response time" still unanswered since June 26. For as much money as the bags I've gotten here, this seems pretty unacceptable of a delivery of expectations on an issue on new product.

@reneknottsports Been there. Only had to get a ride to “steal” back my car with glass in it at 7 am without the help of @STL_PD (I used my car GPS and did so safely, when dispatch said a detective would call back in 3 hours by which time the car would have made its way to a second location).
