I beg to differ. Cameron Young’s weapon is now his mindset. His putting is just another shot to perform and he’s good at all of them.
He has a massive amount of Acceptance—which in turn provides him the Freedom to pursue what he wants.
Freedom to perform is the key.
Having a high level of Acceptance won’t guarantee victory but it increases his chances.
Young Accepted the penalty shot on the second hole, these things happen from time to time.
He Accepts whatever the outcome is.
His mindset strength is growing like a snowball—it’s great to witness.

Spent yesterday with @SDEagleBaseball at practice. They are in the middle of their playoff run to try for their SIXTH (yes…6th) STRAIGHT state title.

In a tie game in the 9th, umpire John Bacon called a strike to Rob Refsnyder that missed outside by 2.71 inches. Then, he tried to call him out on a pitch that missed by 5.97 inches.
This was the largest miss on a called strikeout this season.
Refsnyder challenged and the call was overturned.
A few pitches later, he hit a home run to give the Mariners the 3-2 lead they won by.

I hate seeing players without plans a roadmap to follow. Put in effort but doing random things. This drill, this cue, this feel. Think about this. Tee and front toss. No video, poor feedback, spray balls all over the cage, pick up balls and leave, do it again the next time.

South Carolina picks up a 9-4 win over Kentucky this afternoon to take the first two games of this series. The Gamecocks move to 22-22 (7-13 SEC) on the year and have eclipsed last year’s SEC win total. 19 runs so far this weekend. They’ll go for the sweep on Sunday.

After @GamecockBSB beat Kentucky today, Head Coach Monte Lee noticed as always a slew of kids wanting autographs.
He then told security to open the gates and let them on the field to get signatures and pictures with their heroes like the old days.

The whole idea that there is a consensus board being used to judge picks is stupid. Who is making up the consensus? That’s the problem with draft evaluations. Don’t be part of the herd.
