These are the only two high quality and fun Roblox games this summer.. we need more new games 😭

"Brainrot" games look like slop to outsiders. The good ones are secretly masterclasses in retention. Simple input, constant dopamine, built to be clipped and streamed. You don't have to make them. But you'd be silly not to study why they work.

Everyone's racing to clone whatever hit last week. By the time your clone ships, the trend already moved. I'd rather take the mechanic that's working, the stealing, the collecting, the social chaos, and build it into my own world. Trends fade. Systems compound.

Building a multiplayer horror game where one player hunts the rest. The hardest part isn't the scares. It's making the hunter feel powerful without making the survivors feel hopeless. That balance is the entire game in asymmetric design. Feedback wanted once it's live.

Reminder for the small devs. Roblox has games built by teams of 50 and games built by one kid on a school laptop, on the same front page. The platform does not care about your budget. Only whether the loop is fun. Most level playing field in games.

Dress to Impress does 250k concurrent for a reason most devs refuse to learn. It sells identity, not gameplay. Every round you show the whole lobby who you are. Self expression is the strongest retention hook on Roblox. Full stop. #RobloxDev

Half of Roblox is female. Almost every new dev builds combat and tycoons. Roughly 46 percent of players are women and girls, and roleplay games run about 70 percent female. The biggest gap on the platform isn't a genre. It's who is building for who. #RobloxDev
