I never get tired of the Mark Henry story. Ron rolls into the gym in regular jeans and cowboy boots, no warmup at all. He slaps 315 on the bar and bangs out two sets of 20 reps like it's nothing. Between sets, he casually combs his hair, takes his time, then sticks the comb back in his boot.Once he's done? He looks at the other guys still grinding through their workout and just says, "I'm gonna wait in the car." Walks out. Workout complete. DAMN! Ron was/is a bad dude.
