@imasamwich @bipsquamp this is correct. a good base model will easily be 2,000 USD plus. most are around 2,500 to 3,500 that i found when looking. Anything less than 1k is likely very new and trying to build a portfolio, or simple textures and simple bones.

vtuber friends, what's an estimate pricing to get a 3D model done? I know I cant afford one right now but I would love to know for the future!

I literally had a dream with my 2.0 mascots. I was back in school, orange was floating around causing confusion and chaos because no one has seen his kind before blue was sitting in the middle of the school staring up through a glass window because they sensed something outside. Ya boy is literally living his lore in his sleep. note: they were fluffy and soft. 10/10 would dream about my gremlins again

UPDATE! I uploaded 3 shorts a day for a week and here's the results! I posted them 3 different times each day , with 8 hours apart so they would land on different time zones. I might have made a mistake and started experimenting with hashtags and titles halfway through and didn't keep that consistent. I got more views, subs and money than usual - BUT - only cause I uploaded more. The videos averaged around 2k views each , which is what I usually get on a daily upload. Some did better and popped up to 7k and some barely got to 1 k. Like the usual. I did notice more offline followers on twitch tho, which is a plus! I didn't keep up with Tiktok uploads. Since Tiktok likes uploads that isn't scheduled and uploaded on your phone directly. The once I did upload on there didn't do well tho unfortunately. It got maybe 500 views 50 likes and a few comments but where capped after that unless I talked about a hyper specific topic. Even though I have a team of clippers and editors I think I will go down to 2 shorts a day. Which is more than what I did before, but still not as extreme as 3 a day. CONLUTION: Numbers went up! But nothing got pushed out more into the algorithm. I got more views and subs, but not more average views and subs per video.

Why is this doing so well?!

Context: this was a soft splash down. This was a flight to test it's abilities to perform the required maneuvers to land safely on the pad. In order to test that it CAN do it, because it might NOT, they need to do it in a location that doesn't risk harm to people or equipment (Like the pad.) This ensures that all systems operated correctly. Now, NOT all systems operated correctly on this launch. Specifically one of the vac engines didn't ignite, this meant reentry with extra fuel, and well, you see were that extra fuel ended up. Yes, this was a planned "demolition" for the sake of safety and data gathering BEFORE the attempt to catch the payload in the future.
