His target audience was mostly MAGA hardcore supporters. They will believe whatever Trump does against Iran it's necessary. He mentioned Israel multiple times. As a signal of how "we" must also support them. Outside of MAGA sphere the speech sounds as a bad propaganda to justify their actions. Good or bad the psychological implications are always there.
