I had the honour of meeting Gen. Caleb Akandwanaho alias Afande Salim Saleh, the Great General of the Resistance Movement; a truly noble and remarkable human being, very inspiring and generally encouraging. To me, Gen. Saleh is Uganda’s version of Cuba’s Raúl. He is our latest buyer. He was very excited with the works in “Moments with Mzee” especially the famous story of the tree in Montipuez, Mozambique. In fact, I was excited that he was more excited about the book than I was, which again made me extremely excited (simanyi oba munfuna?). Anyway, he bought the book straight away and said the life and journey of President @KagutaMuseveni deserve deeper attention and study.
