@ShomefunEmmanu1 This is Nigeria's most painful healthcare reality. The law does not make exceptions for unavailability. If no specialist signed it — you cannot legally apply it. Except it's an emergency. Ask the patient to get it done where a specialist is available. #FromWardToBench

@theadebayovic A sonographer is not a registered specialist in radiology. Under MDCN Appendix 9 — That report cannot be legally applied. The doctor who acts on it bears FULL responsibility. In my centre, only resident doctors perform USS. #FromWardToBench
