Gary Stevenson rails against the rich extracting wealth from the poor, then turns around and does exactly that to his own audience. Gary has spoken about his kids will be multimillionaires from the money he has made trading,Gary Stevenson has recently relaunched his Patreon, asking his “struggling” viewers to fund his “ambitious, creative” work. So far he has pulled in at least £153k a year, on top of ad revenue and his supposed market millions. It’s pure Banksy syndrome: his content flatters his audience into believing they’re the enlightened ones seeing through the system, while he comfortably extracts from the very people he claims are being exploited.

The guy decided not to have kids because he needed more spare time. His wife carried their dog in a baby backpack and almost killed herself when it died.

'Oi bruv, listen up innit, it’s ya boy Gazza Stevenson here, the one who made it big time back in the day. Yeah, I was that trader geezer, stackin’ mad P’s on the bond desk, livin’ the dream, flyin’ first class, birds everywhere, the full works... But please bro, don’t even try it, yeah? I got rich but you never can do the same ‘cause I was a one-off, innit. Proper miracle, me. You lot? Nah. You’re stuck in the ends, scrapin’ by on zero-hour shifts, Universal Credit an’ dreams of a council flat upgrade. That’s just how it is now, bruv – the game’s rigged, the rich got all the ladders an’ you got the snakes. End of. So what we gonna do about it? Tax the rich, that’s what! Hit ‘em where it hurts, take their yachts, their second gaffs in Marbella, their private jets – the lot. An’ while we’re at it, gimme some of that money too, yeah? I mean, I’m one of the good ones now, ain’t I? I wrote the book, I do the talks, I’m on the telly tellin’ everyone how unfair it all is. But I still gotta eat, bruv. I still gotta keep the wolf from the door, keep the missus happy, keep the kids in private school so they don’t end up like you. So bung us a tenner, or a grand, or whatever you can spare. Go on, means-test yourself, pay your bit. It’s for the greater good, innit. I’m tellin’ ya, if we don’t tax the rich proper – an’ by rich I mean anyone who’s got more than me right now – then you lot are proper screwed. No hope, no future, just more Deliveroo gigs an’ Netflix on the electric that’s about to get cut off. But me? I’m the voice of the voiceless. I’m the one who escaped the matrix an’ came back to tell ya the door’s locked now... So cough up, people. Donate to the cause. Subscribe to the channel. Buy the merch. Because we need to tax the rich… an’ I’m standin’ right ‘ere with me hand out, safe. You can’t make it like I did. I was special. You’re not. Simple as. Now gimme the money, bruv. For equality, yeah? For the kids. For the future. Please mate. Cheers Bro.'

Whilst everyone was focusing on the manosphere and watching Adolescence, nobody has considered the radicalisation of young women, which appears numerically to be a far greater problem.

Good Morning from Germany, where electricity prices are now regularly falling below zero around midday. On May 1, they even dropped to the floor at -49.999 cents per kilowatt hour. The reason is simple: we are generating more solar power than we can use or store. As a result, Germany has to cover the gap between these negative market prices and the guaranteed feed-in tariffs paid to producers—an expensive outcome. These prices are a clear indication of the utterly disastrous energy transition.

@Falcon0nX Leverage decay. These reset daily, so sideways or choppy markets slowly eat your returns. Then one bad drop hits and you’re down huge, needing a massive bounce just to get back. Looks great in a straight up trend, brutal in real conditions.

@piersmorgan Why are people so obsessed with being ‘working class’ when they obviously aren’t? Class is so complicated to determine these days, I don’t know why people debate over it constantly.

If you’re under 30, I genuinely don’t know what the “safe” life path is anymore. Buy stocks? S&P is at ATHs. Buy gold? Near ATHs. Save cash? Dollar gets cooked. Buy a house? Housing market is cooked. Buy bonds? Barely beating inflation. At this point, crypto is one of the only not overpriced places left

Banksy is such a hack, safe, Led By Donkeys establishment cunt. Of course he thinks it's the British flag that's the problem in Britain. Would never be the Palestinian flag, or the Iranian flag. It's the horrible British flag he hates and the things it stands for - free speech, individual rights, economic progress - the things that allow him to work. He'd be tortured to death in a basement in any of the countries he wanks off. x.com/outdoor_bass/s…

The volume of people with money and/or ambition leaving the UK is staggering. A once great country is being walked off a cliff by vibes based envy economics. We were once a great country and we're rules by idiots.

@Sargon_of_Akkad It was never a favourite of mine, but it grew on me years after it was released. I think your take on it is going a bit far though, it was a fun song for a World Cup year, probably the last world cup that I can remember being genuinely excited about.

I always hated this when I was a teenager. I didn't know why, at the time, it was just repugnant. Looking back at it, it's self-evidently an attack on us. Look at how disgusting and ridiculous you are, it tells us. Pathetic, shallow, and unworthy of your ancestors.

Released in June 1998, “Vindaloo” became one of the defining unofficial anthems of the 1998 World Cup. Created by Fat Les, featuring Keith Allen, Blur’s Alex James and Damien Hirst, it reached number two in the UK behind “3 Lions 98” and turned terrace-chant nonsense into a full national singalong.
