Today I made Maqluba, the famous Palestinian dish, without chicken or meat. I bought some vegetables to prepare it, which cost $100.
My children were very happy , They have been eating this meal for more than two months.
I hope we can always find food and that I can provide it for them.

My friends, I really hope that there will be a ceasefire soon, we are struggling to survive in #Gaza. I pray that the crossing will finally open again and that aid will enter, it has been so hard to find food we can afford, basic things like flour and water are a luxury. 😔💔
Yesterday, to celebrate Eid al-Fitr, we distributed money to the children, which brought a smile to their beautiful faces and warmed our hearts. My dear friends, today we celebrate Eid Al-Fitr, I really wish we could be doing so in peace and without fear of starvation and bombings but unfortunately #Gaza is still being targeted. 💔 There are some rumours of a ceasefire and I am praying that it will happen, we have had such a hard time and it's been even more difficult than usual to help both people and animals. As you know, no aid has entered Gaza in a very long time and everyone is suffering because of it, so we've been doing our best to help as many people as possible with the donations we get on Cruelty Free Kitchen campaign.
