@secondtierpod @007Sutts FWIW, we're not even particularly bothered about the league position this season. The frustration is the underlying problems that have been there for years and caused us to be unsuccessful for decades (and have also damaged us this season).

The striker debate is settled. It’s not up for argument or debate anymore. The quality and decision making in the final third is absolutely terrible. Conway and Strelec’s huge misses have cost us the game. Only team in the Top 6 not to improve their XI in January. Chucked it.

Of couse there's an impact further up the field too. It really isn't as simple as "X players out of position".

@RobinNestBCFC Completely agree. I don't have the energy to argue it with people though. So frustrating seeing people whine about the line up/subs. We simply don't have the players we need. You can't magically fix that by moving some magnets around on a whiteboard in the dressing room.

Seen a few comments about not liking “square pegs in round holes” Not sure what we are meant to do with just 1 centre back? 1 or 2 fullbacks are going have to play there regardless of what we do Struber has not been given the tools to do his job

For the first time in years I’m genuinely worried going into the summer. The squad is disillusioned with the way the club is being run and with the people making the decisions at board level.

Eight games this season with one fit CM. Thirteen games (best case scenario) this season with one fit CB. We’ll end this season having seen nearly 50% of it with only one fit player at either CB or CM. 🤷🏻‍♂️
