Some new bougie Michelin place just opened at Boat Avenue in #Phuket, so we swung by for lunch. Cool spot, but $$$$$. Like, more than Singapore prices. Not often to find La Chouffe on tap tho! 🤌

@PhuketWord Imported on tap here, I usually go Brewdog (several pubs have on tap). Imported at stores, Sierra Nevada is one of the better ones IMO. Local, they're hit and miss, but any of the Outlaw ones are good. Especially the Mosaic. 🤌 Ask @TheFatCow7 -​he intro'ed me, he's the expert!

Just myself.... Last year been 5 times myself to Vietnam. Do I know others, yes, many.... Including a couple who came 3-4 times per year in Thailand and spending serious money. Now they visit me in Bangkok for a day or 2, and making their way to Vietnam... So... yes...I know several people who did see Thailand as their second home but now go to Vietnam..

Just tried *Andre". Wow, my new favourite western food spot. Top quality food at really good prices. The massive tenderloin was half the price of the well known branded steak joints, and just as good (maybe better).

Gave "Roger the Honda" his probably third-ever bath. Bought secondhand in 2014 for less than my last few phones, used to drive daily down Ratchada in Bangkok, and now all over Phuket. Never had a single problem. Runs like a top. You just can't kill a Honda. 🤌

Thought I'd treat myself to Teppanyaki, not realising I'd have to cook it myself. I just don't get the concept of going to a restaurant to pay (plus service charge) to cook my own damn food. That's literally the entire reason restaurants exist. So we don't have to cook. 🙄😂
