NEW: Micah Washington Files $20M Lawsuit Against City of Reform & Officer Dana Elmore Micah Washington has filed a $20 million federal lawsuit alleging excessive force, racial profiling, and malicious prosecution over a 2023 incident that went viral. Washington was changing a flat tire near his aunt’s home when Officer Dana Elmore approached. After he questioned why he needed to provide ID, Elmore tased him twice. The second time while he was handcuffed and leaning over her patrol car. He was charged with obstructing governmental operations and resisting arrest. Police said a 7-gram bag tested positive for fentanyl in the field, but lab results later confirmed it was not an illegal drug. The charges were dismissed. Washington is seeking damages for alleged constitutional violations.

We have a handsome trust set up for them, and they’ll never have to work a day in their lives if they choose not to And it will be made clear from a young age that should they mingle with the groids, they will inherit nothing and will be on their own.
