Genuine question: Are people walking away from jobs right now purely because they’re unhappy?

My frontal lobe fully developed, and I realized that spending five days a week working a 9 to 5 until I’m 60 just so I can finally “enjoy life” for a few years at the end is one of the worst deals we’ve ever been told to accept.

I honestly DO NOT like the anxiety that comes with corporate life. It is 4pm on Sunday evening and I can already feel the pressure of the week ahead breathing down my neck.

I thought everyone knew this, but: almost everything in “overstock” stores like TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Burlington, etc. is actually manufactured specifically to be sold in those stores. Almost none of it is overstock or discounted in any way. The “compare” prices are made up. The home decor, the clothing, the kitchen items, the furniture, all of it. Factories in China and India make tons of this stuff, the corporations choose from catalogs, and then items are branded with familiar names.
