To be clear, I am in the camp with most of the world that Twiggs was not completely truthful. I suspect he is covering his foreknowledge and/or involvement in planning/orchestrating.
I'm more interested in what is physically possible to happen consistent with a claim that TR killed him. Because I can't get past TR's knowledge of the gun wrapped in a towel with uniquely etched bullets.
Logical to conclude he had a preset message sent at 11 PM while he is driving to Orem. That alerts Twiggs who sends a "WTF" message and TR responds he meant to delete.
The key is to figure out if it makes sense for a cop to see him in Orem at 12:30 if he was in Panguitch at 9:50.
When I asked @grok it said he would have to drive 77 MPH to be in both places at those times. That doesn't sound insane.

The fallacy of the 34 felonies looks even worse if you examine more closely.
In two ways:
1. No personnel NYS history has ever been convicted of the STATE crime when the underlying crime he was trying to hide was a FEDERAL law. Everybody else charged had a State law they were violating.
It gets worse than that because..
2. The Federal election statute is only a crime if there is an underlying predicate felony. Judge Merchan instructed the jury that the State alleges 3 theories of what that predicate felony is. You don't need to all agree on what predicate felony he violated. As long as you all think he did any one of those 3, even if you don't agree on which one, you must convict.
Meaning, the jury never had to have a unanimous finding on the root predicate crime.
This makes Trump the first known person in American history in which the Court allowed a jury to convict for a crime without having unanimous agreement by the jury.
That's how gangsta Trump is.
