セブでよく見るセレスバス。このバスのチケットがとても面白い。車掌が乗っていて行き先を告げると料金を提示される。そして運賃と引き換えに渡されるのがコレ。この小さな紙にたくさんの数字があって車掌がパンチで穴を開けて料金を表示する。めちゃくちゃアナログで泣けてきた。昭和か！😂(笑)

まだバイクに乗れないのでジープニーに乗って出かけた。これは新型ジープと呼ばれていてエアコン付き♥ でも運転手はめちゃくちゃ飛ばすので道路の段差や穴でガタガタ揺れる😩 満席で押されて「肩痛っ！」ってなるのが怖くて隅の座席に座ったけど車体が跳ねて車内の壁に肩を強打😭 なんて日だ！😩💦

Fun fact: that rotten smell isn’t actually rotten. It comes from natural nitrogen compounds released as the fish ages before fully drying. Sun-drying gives time for enzymes and bacteria to break down proteins into compounds that create its distinct umami taste. Machine-dried fish is cleaner and smells milder but it misses that depth. Same reason aged cheeses smell stronger than processed ones.
