@TheGifted010 @misumuzi_4 @Solphendukaa Recommendations for tender bids were were decided on 28th but scoring took place on the 29th. You can't decide on recommendations before scoring. So the decision to award a tender was decided prior to scoring. That's fraud right there.🤣🤣🤣🤣
