@p1fw_ Ddp never fought any takedowns till the 4th, khamzat still gassed against him. His first round against strickland had more movement and transitions than the first four with ddp combined

Chimaev held a 220+ pound guy down for 21 minutes while throwing output and chaining takedowns for 5 rounds 9 months ago. Then completely gassed out in 6 minutes vs Strickland. It’s very obvious the weight cut was a huge factor, alongside overtraining

Even if you believe Strickland won the fight there’s no way you believe that was the real Khamzat You could tell in the 2nd round something was clearly wrong & it was nothing Strickland did. Strickland fans will vehemently push against the rematch bc they know how it ends.

@TruthfulUfcFan Strickland won rounds 2,3,4, and 5. Takedowns with no damage or submissions mean nothing. The majority of khamzats strikes landed off stricklands shoulders, making them none significant.

I remember thinking Strickland won 3-2 but I’ve been seeing many mixed opinions on it. Khamzat CLEARLY 1 & 4 Strickland CLEAR 2 & barely won 3/5 Will say tho Khamzat shots looked more impactful, but how did yall score it, and why?
