Bad photo, but I also always liked tiered engrams visually before Tier 5s became the vast majority. The extra colors added to what pops out of a chest always made EoF-era loot remind me of those Mario Galaxy star candies or something. Weird comparison probably but I found it fun

You can make fun of my passion for EoF during its first 2 weeks but tiers being tied to long grinds, holofoil weapons, all activities getting revitalized, etc felt fucking cool. It totally seemed like Destiny 2 was moving in an awesome direction and then Bungie started folding
