I was 78kg last year when I started lifting heavy weights. My body fat is slightly higher than it was but still pretty low (~10%) so it’s mostly muscles. I can now squat 125kg X5 deadlift 150kg X5 bench 100kg X5 People at the gym sometimes make compliments about my physics so it makes me happy. It also renforces my identity of a fit person so it makes me want to eat even more healthy. Bref, going to the gym is like this self fulfilling prophecy that makes you 1% better everyday. Go to the gym.

@Surendar__05 It's a bit of both, it's the candidate as well. They think they're doing all the right things, they usually aren't and never really consider what the hiring management needs to see to shortlist someone, let alone hire them. It's just they can't get away with it anymore now.

Well a huge portion of the country don't have £1k in savings and what you're saying is it's even more affordable for wealthy people. You're probably not taking into account legal and consultancy fee's to get that created. If it's easier to do, more wealthy people will do it. Which they do.

@TheHashton @Falcon_Malteser @LBC @TomSwarbrick1 Trusts in excess of the Nil Rate Band are charged IHT every 10 years. It also costs around £2,000 to establish a lifetime trust so it’s hardly exclusive to the most wealthy. Please stop.
