I thought the junk food ban was nationwide? How is this man crossing statelines to get junk food?
Americans have already found loopholes to get around the EBT junk food ban.
They are crossing state lines to buy their soda and candy.
This man lives in Indiana, where it’s banned. He simply drives to Tennessee, where you can still buy soda, and his EBT works across state lines.

You don’t even need your birth certificate.
You can just show up at the polling place, sign an affidavit, and then they’ll help you get whatever documents you need at no charge.
Banks would know this if she actually got her news from a reputable source but clearly she doesn’t.
