Ok, time for a bit of nuance on the whole behaviour thing, and it starts with the fact that Yes, I think discipline is important Yes, I think rules are important Yes, I think consequences are important BUT Yes, I also absolutely *hate* all of the above. >

Hopefully @bphillipsonMP will consult those Heads who have transformed a challenging school, from Inadequate to Good/Outstanding (with excellent KS2/KS4 outcomes for disadvantaged students) and ask them what works. Those who have walked the walk+committed their lives to this.
